Information handled through the Platform is used only to the extent necessary to provide each service and to operate and securely manage the Platform.
Article 3: Relationship with Individual Services
For information collected by each service, the purposes of use, retention periods, deletion, user requests, and other handling of such information, please refer to the privacy policy of the respective service.
For matters concerning an individual service, the specific terms of that service shall prevail.
Article 4: Integration with External Services
The Platform may use APIs and other external services provided by third parties to the extent necessary to provide each service.
The handling of information by external services may be subject to the privacy policies and other terms established by the respective providers.
Article 5: Security Measures
We implement necessary and reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, alteration, and other incidents involving information handled by the Platform.
Article 6: Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws, the Platform, or other circumstances.
If we make an important change, we will provide notice through the Platform website or another appropriate method.
Article 7: Governing Law
This Privacy Policy and the handling of information on the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
